Shipping
Standard shipping: $7.99 flat rate per order.
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more, calculated on your merchandise total after discounts and before tax.
Orders typically ship directly to you within 1 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Items in one order may ship separately. You won’t be charged extra for a split shipment.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it.
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return email directautodealersupplies@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and send instructions.

Refunds
When we receive your return, we'll inspect it and refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll replace it or refund you.
Items we can't take back
- Custom-printed, personalized, or special-order items (many of our products can be customized, so please check your order carefully before approving a proof)
- Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging
Canceling an order
You can cancel an order before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
